Hi sissyjane - I bet it is. It’s a large joint and moves and lots of directions. It’s probably one of those for the new school of thought is to get it moving immediately, ouch! What did your dr. Say?

Ms B - hope you are getting over your cold. I hope you took some time off from work so you can take care of you.

The ortho visit yesterday was interesting. He was probably the least communicative person I have ever met. He had an intern in there and I ended up talking to the intern just because talking to the other guy was like talking to a wall. But at that time he was giving me cortisone injection so I’m glad he was focused :-) it did say it was golfer’s elbow and not cubital tunnel. And although I already had ineffective shots for cubital tunnel, he said this time it would go in a different place, I didn’t realize they were that specific or the fluid ended up. Those things are right next to each other so I hope getting two shots within 6 weeks isn’t bad. If it doesn’t help I’m definitely done with them. Feels better than last time already though last time I had a flare up for 3 days and was in worse pain.

So I have my fingers crossed it will help but I don’t know how long this shot takes less time it’s no better at the moment. He did say to continue the therapy, but the shot is just to kick-start Healing. I know it’ll be a long grueling therapy thing, tendonitis is a two steps forward one step back healing process. Hopefully that good!

I’m so excited about Trump’s executive order! It is so so so much better than anything I could have thought of. He is magnificent! Now he has to put the subject of Birthright citizenship out there. It wasn’t even discussed for decades. Just like keep it the subject of illegal immigration out there. And now with a conservative court, that 14th Amendment will finally be addressed.
