Pres Trump shares East Room stage with Sergeant Major John L Canley, USMC (Ret.), recipient of today's Medal of Honor, for conspicuous valor under fire, coming to the aid of fellow Marines, in 1968 during the Vietnam War.
During the Tet Offensive in Vietnam, Sgt Major Canley "risked his own life to save the lives of those under his command," said Pres Trump, recounting Canley's bravery meriting the Medal of Honor.
"You don't look 80 years old to me," Pres tells Sgt Major Canley, commenting on the fitness of the retired Marine.

He's turning 20 tomorrow, but he's still cute. ☺ He LOVES shrimp so I guess I'll take him out for shrimp lunch tomorrow. When I cook shrimp fettuccine I invite him over. He's a wonderful young man.

Trump is sending out tweets of support to many GOP candidates this morning. IMHO if repubicans turn back the Blue Wave and keep their congressional majorities they can thank one man:
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP.
He is pretty much single-handedly dragging the old guard GOPe, screaming and kicking, across the finish line in a Herculean effort
to save the nation by saving the republican party from defeat.
He works harder than any other republican on the 2016 campaign trail.
And much harder than any other president in living memory.
The stamina, perseverance and resolve he displays in the face of endless threats and attacks from all quarters are amazing and inspiring.

Trump had the foresight to map out the rallies and timing to help the most GOP candidates in the tough races.
Which is something the GOP leadership should have done.

I don’t know how POTUS does it....crisscrossing the country, day after day, changing time zones, etc.

I keep wondering what, exactly, is the RNC/GOP doing with all of this money they claim they’ve raised.
Most of the ads I’ve seen are from PACs, not RNC.
And, as you pointed out....the $$ sure isn’t going towards mapping out a good mid-term win strategy. POTUS is doing that, all on his own.
Where is Rona McRomney’s strategy for mid-terms and beyond....minus the lip service?
