It was a pretty putrid performance and a putrid season so far (again) for the G’ints. Is the O-line trying to get poor Diet Manning killed?

You can all rest easy now, they are finally here! My picks for todays games:
- Arizona at Minnesota: I have no pithy statements to make here. Vikes under performing but Arizona is awful. Vikings win
- Carolina at Washington: 'Skins have played all over the place. But Carolina has been consistently good. That continues today. Panthers win
- Chicago at Miami: Getting Kalil Mack has ignited a fire in the Bears, they look like beasts this year. Miami has played okay in a really weak AFC thus far but they Bears buzzsaw cuts through them today. Bears win
- Indianapolis at N.Y. Jets: Tough one. Two teams not doing well. I'll take the experience of Luck over the growing pains of Sammy D. Colts Win
- Pittsburgh at Cincinnati: Bengals have surprised me this year. So have the Steelers, and not in a good way. I'll take the home team in this one. Bengals win
- Seattle "at" Oakland: Ah, London. Two west coast teams playing 11 hours from home. What could go wrong? I suppose Seattle is a little less dysfunctional this year so they should handle the trip better. Seahags win
- Buffalo at Houston: The Bills are not a good team. The Texans should be one, on paper. But so far it's been underwhelming for them. Still, better than the Bills, especially at home. Texans Win
- L.A. Chargers at Cleveland: Cleveland has made some pretty nice improvements but they lack the experience to take out the Bolts. Chargers win
- Tampa Bay at Atlanta: Is Tampa Bay really good? Is such a thing even possible? No it isn't. Atlanta Wins
- L.A. Rams at Denver: Can the Rams go 16-0? I doubt it. But they stay undefeated for one more week. Rams win
- Baltimore at Tennessee: I'm still a bit salty about the Titans abusing the Iggles a couple weeks ago so out of spite I say "From hell's hear, I stab at thee, Tennessee!" Ravens Win
- Jacksonville at Dallas: Dak is still learning how to throw a football to a specific person in a specific spot. That's never a good thing from your QB. Jaguars win
- Kansas City at New England: I am really looking forward to this one. Do I think Mahomes is the next big thing? Maybe but I want to see more. If anyone can expose him, it's Bellicheat. I'm going to buck the conventional wison and go with: Chiefs win
- San Francisco at Green Bay: Mike McCarthy put in some new plays this week. In addition to the usual "Aaron runs around and throws a TD to whoever is open" he's added "Aaron fakes a handoff and then runs around and throws to whoever is open." It's his most creative move since becoming head coach so obviously .... Packers win

Well, got Philly right on Thursday night. Here come the rest!
SUNDAY, OCT 14, 2018
Arizona at Minnesota 1:00 pm FOX U.S. Bank Stadium Minnesota at home against one of the worst teams in the league. Reminds me of an earlier game against the Bills... Still, the Vikings seem to have righted their Norse ship. Vikings.
Carolina at Washington 1:00 pm FOX FedEx FieldThe Panthers are ... well, not rolling, but doing enough to win. The Redskins... nah, Panthers.
Chicago at Miami 1:00 pm FOX Hard Rock Stadium Just a couple of weeks ago the Phish were 3 - 0. After today, they'll be 3 - 3. Bears.
Indianapolis at N.Y. Jets 1:00 pm CBS MetLife Stadium Sam Darnold is improving every game. Jay - Eee - Tee - Ess. Jets Jets Jets!
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati 1:00 pm CBS Paul Brown Stadium An AFC North showdown! Are the Bengals for real? How many time has that been asked over the last fifteen years?! Big Ben and Company are playing a lot better. They get it done today. Steelers.
Seattle "at" Oakland 1:00 pm FOX Wembley Stadium (London, UK) Didn't realize this game was in London till this morning. Oh well, the Raiders under Gruden 2.0 seem lost. Seahawks.
Buffalo at Houston 1:00 pm CBS NRG Stadium Buffalo seems tp all off the impossible every other week or so. But I still Like Deshaun Watson and Company. Texans.
L.A. Chargers at Cleveland 1:00 pm CBS FirstEnergy Stadium I always pick Philip Rivers and the Chargers. Why would I change even though they're playing a resurgent Browns team?! Chargers.
Tampa Bay at Atlanta 1:00 pm FOX Mercedes-Benz Stadium The days of Fitz-Magic seem ,ing agar, but I dont trust James Winston. Falcons.
L.A. Rams at Denver 4:05 pm FOX Broncos Stadium at Mile High The Rams will stay unbeaten. Rams.
Baltimore at Tennessee 4:25 pm CBS Nissan Stadium Ravens laid an egg in Cleveland did last week; Tennessee did the same in Buffalo. So whom to choose between these two solidly middle-of-the-pack team? I think the Ravens rebound. Ravens.
Jacksonville at Dallas 4:25 pm CBS AT&T Stadium Every time I think Jax is ready to take it to the next level they take a step back. But against the Cowboys?! Blake Bortles cant throw another 4 INTs can he? Can he?! Jaguars.
Kansas City at New England 8:20 pm NBC Gillette Stadium The Hot, Hot, Hot Chiefs come to Foxboro. I dont think Tom and Rob and Coach Bill will be able to put up enough points to keep up with Mahomes and the boys. Chiefs.
MONDAY, OCT 15, 2018
San Francisco at Green Bay 8:15 pm ESPN Lambeau Field The Packers at home .... on Monday night... against a Niners team without Garropolo.... The Pack romps. Packers.
Good luck everyone! How about those LSU Tigers?!

RE:
"My Boys are playing like Tom, Dandy Don & Company are back in the

dropped that ball trying to score against my Packer boys in the playoffs back when...
... and your Old Dallas Texans were served some GOAT by
that Brady fella up yonder in yankeeland

I guess you’d have to say the Packers are rebuilding. So many young players making goofy mistakes. Reminds me of the 2008 and 2013 teams.
But, a win is a win. Now play 4 of the next 5 on the road and look at the canvas.
Go Pats!

No trolls this week! Only one guy who politely said he's boycotting. I posted an hour before the Thursday game. Maybe the trolls are morning people.
Ro, Moe and Big with 12-3, not bad. Pete, check my math. Bendy you missed the epic clash between Cam's Cats and the Deadskins. No one was under water this week, other than No One herself, back after a 3 week absence. She almost pulled the upset on Monday night, almost. Niners got Rogered there at the end of the game.
Once again, while I'll try to get the week 7 thread up prior to Thursday afternoon, no can guarantee! So feel free to post Thursday (or all) picks here or PM me.

Got to throw in the towel on the Raiders. Just like last year, I thought the time had come and they had gotten themselves together. It was not to be. There is going to be a house cleaning at some point in the future.
