While most governmental agencies have a forced retirement age, not the Supreme Court or Congress. They are not civil service jobs and for them, 85 is the new 65.
Nothing. She’s wearing a choker that makes it look like she’s got a huge double chin, and there’s a backlit spot on the back of her neck. I’m not sure which of these two you think is a lump, but I see nothng else that resembles a lump.
If your photo is from “the same day,” then RBG did a quick wardrobe of her shirt and necklace. I don’t think RBG does anything quickly these days.

Given all her health issues & nodding off shows she’s not up to the job. So selfish of her not to step aside & retire. Give someone else a chance.

My prediction. RBG will be found dead in her seat at the bench following a hearing. No one will notice until she fails to get up and leave under her own power.
