I’m actually one of those who believes Trump tweets too much. Sometimes his tweets make me cringe. That’s not the case here. The President is spot on!

You have a lot of misses in war, it just means you don’t give up.

I used to think that way, but it is his best way of cutting through the MSM lies to communicate directly with the American people. He is also the GOP’s best quick response team all by himself the way he punches back quickly at every new MSM lie and smear.

He tweets a lot, but in this decade, is there an alternative? Newspaper subscriptions are in the toilet and collapsing. Nobody watches network news...CNN is the #3 cable news network and just look at their viewership numbers (average live-plus-same-day impressions for Q2 2017, Nielsen data):
* Prime time (Mon-Sun): 929,000 total viewers / 302,000 A25-54
* Total Day (Mon-Sun): 658,000 total viewers / 202,000 A25-54

A quarter million people ages 24 - 54 over an entire week? That’s nothing.

I really admire Trump for using Twitter to take the message to the masses. He’s been advised well in this regard. Yes, some of his tweets are a bit over the top and maybe a bit intemperate, but all-in-all, he is a master of that medium just the way Reagan was a master of the television medium.
