A group of high school 'mean girls' have admitted to targeting and falsely accusing a boy of sexual assault because they 'just don't like him'.
A 26-page federal lawsuit was filed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on the eve of October 3 - also known as Mean Girls Day in tribute to the 2004 cult classic - against a clique of five girls at Seneca Valley High School.
The boy's parents describe the clique as 'mean girls' who 'conspired in person and via electronic communication devices to falsely accuse [their son] of sexual assault on two occasions.'
Their son, referred to in the lawsuit as TF, was fired from his job at a local pool, forced to serve time in a juvenile detention facility, is now home-schooled and suffers psychological trauma after the teenage girls bullied him and later admitted to lying about their sexual assault claims.

Mike Nifong, the district attorney who prosecuted the case, was disbarred. Crystal Mangum, the accuser, is in prison for murdering her boyfriend. So there was a modicum of justice served, or at least karma.
I live in Pittsburgh and I had to learn about this from a UK paper????
The civil suit should be for a 1 followed by many zeros.
I’ve learned from having daughters that mean girls have really mean moms.
One of the worst sins in Judaism, close to the severity of murder, is falsely accusing or slandering another. This is why.
The penalty for falsely accusing should match the penalty of the accused crime.

No but I’ve had to move my daughter’s into different schools because of mean girls. They are not to be trifled with.They don’t think we are on to them. I used to take my daughter’s on all kinds of little trips to avoid the mean girls on weekends. Never confront he mean moms they will ruin you.
The lacrosse players (4 of them I think) also received a 40mil settlement from Duke.

I know I’m right they mean girls are drawn to nice girls. So they can destroy them. My daughters ended up with life long guy friends that went on family vacations with us. My husband loved that. And we had very little drama. But the mean girls hated that my girls were so close to the guys and it caused jealousy with some girls. But their guy friends are still their friends today.
Anybody with a slight modicum of religious upbringing knows #8: “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”
Yup, so even going back thousands of yrs ago, the Lord knew just how evil people can be and made provisions for false witnesses!
