Interesting, but why? One of my friends who has hunted Africa several times said they moved camp a couple of miles once because a black Mamba was sighted close by and the locals working for the expedition didn’t want to camp and spend the night close to where the snake might be. They are known to be extremely aggressive.

My first thought was why would a Zoo purposely bring in a very dangerous, very wild animal?
My guess is those qualities of eminent danger and unbridled wildness may attract people who don’t usually come to a zoo.
The Piranha Fish exhibit may soon be getting a make over for the same reasons.
My Conclusion: Many folks who’s lives are too safe, predictable and bubble-wrapped will go out of their way to get near a clear source of danger, just for the thrill.
