Then he tells us to remember the NYC bomber, the guy whose bomb blew up in his pants without hurting anyone as part of a FF operation. I don’t know what the fireworks refers to, but someone elsewhere said that the bomber had his bomb switched with less harmful fireworks, which was why the op didn’t go off as planned. I don’t remember hearing that, but it would explain the reference.

One other thought about the use of the word “activated” regarding Graham. Activated is a word that is used when a member of the military is taken from reserve or inactive status and put in active status as part of the military. Graham was a JAG officer, and used that background well in the Clinton impeachment. Maybe Graham has been ordered by the commander in chief to rejoin the miltary as an officer and conduct this operation.
