There was a q proof with fireworks and BDT, later there was an attempted bombing in nyc, the bomber had bangledesh currency BDT and the bomb hadn’t gone off it was suspected that it had been replaced with fireworks.
I’m guessing something similar happened with McCain and Graham. What was switched and what we were supposed to have seen i’m not sure.
