‘Seared Into Her Mind?
Vanity | 9/27/18 | Originalbuckeye

That experience is seared into Ford’s brain? The ONLY detail she ‘recovered’ was Kavanaugh’s name. Every person she said would corroborate her memory, refuted the allegation.

Perhaps she could compare notes with John Kerry and the ‘events’ that are ‘seared’ into his memories of Viet Nam.

LOL...spot on!

You just have to know that that was part of the speech they gave her.

She tried to sound all clever by also using the phrase “etched into my hippocampus”. To my ears, she sounded utterly pretentious.

And I just saw on Shannon Bream’s Show that, when Leaky Leahy asked her the memory utmost in her mind, she was actually smiling when she said ‘the laughter of Mark and Brett’. It was almost like she remembered she was supposed to cry then as she started to use halting speech and ended up appearing to cry. I really do think she has mental issues. Her family should watch her closely, especially if Kavanaugh is confirmed (God be with us).

If Kavanaugh did this, why is it only to leftist females?

The actual statement was ‘Indelible in the hippocampus’.

It struck me as extremely strange when she said it and this evening they repeated it on TV and I wrote it down.

And yes it was very pretentious. And one of the only statements she made that showed the real her.

In the hearing today I think we witnessed a person traumatized by an unjust, brutal , undeserved and emotionally devastating attack by evil sociopaths

That person sure as heck ain’t Christine Ford

Actually she was asked the almost identical question earlier and it was, “Brett’s hand over my mouth, i was trying to scream, I thought he would accidentally kill me.” Then even later, again when asked, she said “ the stairway, them going down the stairway”.

She blew herself out of the water by claiming she didn’t know what “exculpatory” evidence was. Some “big” words are harder for her than others. Seems to be a pattern. She can’t remember certain things and places where life traumatizing events happened, but never forgets a face or name from 36 years ago. She appeared to be so upset that Mark Judge didn’t drop everything he was doing on his grocery bagger job at Safeway to give her a rousing welcome when she came in a few days after the alleged incident. She was already playing doctor at that time and attaching psycho babble reasons for his not throwing down the groceries and acknowledging HER.

Good question.

They kept trying to create a pattern of behavior with absolutely no proof in any instance, and with everyone who DOES know the man vouching for his good character.

Politicians often act stupidly; but this was the dumbest I’ve ever seen. And think about the insult to the American people - they really thought WE were that stupid, too!

She seemed bipolar. He seemed brimming with righteous anger ( deservedly....my heart breaks for the whole family. They should NEVER have had to go through this travesty!)

Yes. Lawyer’s prepared text....perhaps she should have gone through the prepared answers before she had to say them.

Did you see how many millions Soros has sent the Dems? They now have more money for the midterms. This was a way for Dems. to raise money.

When I heard that phrase today, Kerry's statement immediately jumped into my mind. What he said was "seared" into his memory was the Christmas he spent in Cambodia in 1968 as part of President Nixon's "secret war" in that country. But for one thing, Nixon wasn't president in 1968.

Agreed, I know liberalism is a disease but I fully expected Ford to just burst out laughing at any moment. She seemed like she was on the brink of a mental breakdown..unless she’s the best actress ever or is not right in the head.

Don’t forget she remembered distinctly having just one beer and Kavanaugh’s attack. The rest is forgotton, like what notes she shared with reporters over the last two months. Or that she likes to travel in airplanes.

Yup. Rehearsed and phony. She also didn’t know the meaning of “exculpatory “, so throwing in a $20 word like “hippocampus” instead of using a normal phrasing like “brain” shows this woman to be a rehearsed fraud.
