That is absolutely true, which is why I have said several times there need to be consequences for what has been done here. It’s not just a simple, “Oh well, it doesn’t matter, we won”, like with Justice Thomas. This was a conspiracy to destroy a man, and to prevent the duly elected President from governing.
We must achieve unconditional surrender from these derps. If we do not destroy their ability to fight entirely, they will be right back.

I found this and it gives away their playbook for the coming week. “From the start, Ramirez’s legal team had called for the F.B.I. to conduct an investigation. Her attorney John Clune told Davis that Ramirez was seeking an F.B.I. investigation and said that, “on appropriate terms, she would also agree to be interviewed in person.”
“At that point, Heather Sawyer, the Democratic staffer who was copied on the e-mails in accordance with committee policy, wrote to Davis, “As you’re aware, Ms. Ramirez’s counsel have repeatedly requested to speak with the Committee, on a bipartisan basis, to determine how to proceed. You refused. I’ve never encountered an instance where the Committee has refused even to speak with an individual or counsel. I am perplexed as to why this is happening here, except that it seems designed to ensure that the Majority can falsely claim that Ms. Ramirez and her lawyers refused to cooperate. Kennedy’s decision in the gay marriage case may become a good vehicle for setting forth a doctrine about when the court follows precedent and when it overturns its prior decisions. For example, when prior decisions, like separate but equal, are not based on strict constitutional interpretation but are based on a more legislative approach to judicial decision making, they are more susceptible to being overturned, just like legislation can be repealed or modified.
The gay marriage decision overturned a decision only 15 or 20 years old where states were allowed to criminalize homosexual behavior. Suddenly, it became a constituional right? It was one of the most absurd opinions ever.
If it comes to the court, there is an opportunity to explain why it can be overturned. And then, when Roe v Wade comes to the court, there is a framework for reexamining it, too. It was pure judicial legislating. Another one that needs to be reexamined and overturned was a case from the early 80s where Justice O’Connor said that a Texas school district had to provide schooling for the children of illegal aliens. Before that, they didn’t get to go to our schools. Suddenly, our country became a magnet for illegal alien families, instead of single men looking for work.
Take back the law, and a lot of things are put back in place.
