I had moved on from even casual interest in the NFL, but I was intrigued by the marketing attempt and how low they could go in what was becoming a fading medium.
Does the NFL understand why men used to watch football? It’s to escape the female voice for just around 2 hours. That’s all.
But who will be watching?
And, remember kids, don’t light your outdoor gas grill with the lid down.

Yeah, that’s a great idea. Lets get a chick to explain the game to us, and have someone who was a player once (arguably) for color.

Don't know. My Garmin has a female voice, or at least I chose it. It sounds like real announcer who recorded all the possibilities. Good diction and pleasing voice, so why not?

The chick announces. The guy/pro football athlete explains the game. If chemistry occurs, women will tune in. If she does a good job, and she’s attractive, men will tolerate it.
I get what the NFL is trying to do. They’re approach is cramming it down our throats, which is stupid.
Women actually watch and understand football. Many want to play it. There’s a market.
The NFL is just really autocratic about the way they do things. They assume we are hostages and not customers.

I’d rather watch it in Spanish.
Ok...here it is...I can’t stand the females in the booth, on the field sidelines or anywhere else in Men’s Sports. Maybe men’s tennis, a female is ok.
Why? Mostly because they haven’t played the game and don’t understand the male end of sporting teams.
ESPN has that lady SOFTBALL player that yaks about pitching and hitting like she knows the game. Every game, it’s the same analysis...”look how he waits on that inside pitch...blah blah...”
Female refs in NFL? Naw.
Females in the booth? Naw, their high pitched yakking during a game impedes a good nap. Plus, women commentators just done shut up. Like Joe Buck on steroid generated hysteria ...

I miss Howard Cosell. He was right (Jock-ocrasy), and it lead to the slippery slope. Al Michaels came over from baseball, was horrible, and got better.
Pat Summerall was excellent, and good with John Madden.
I like the way Steve Physioc calls games, and wish he could get a job at the top tier.
Is she the one that did a game last year? If so, I turned it off because of her voice.
Yup, I googled it, and sure enough, she and Rex Ryan did the Chargers/Broncos game last year. I almost couldn’t tell between her and Rex Ryan, and I’m a HUGE Chargers fan, so muted it and just watched the game.
They need a tranny, to make it fair.
The NFL continues to crap the bed.

Storm and Kremer are good reporters. It’s a shame the NFL has become unwatchable though.
