That is correct, vote often and vote republican, everywhere in America.

In many states, Republican voters are too uninformed to come to the polls or too involved in work, family, and Friday night football.

Face reality - the GOP is mostly RINOs. THEY run it.

Conservatives get bounced by them every chance they can.

Conservatives are not welcome.

I disagree, Rush, we are not going to punish President Trump because of Squish Grassley's cowardice, Susan Collins hatred of the President or any other RINO action.

All it would take is for once fired-up Trump voters to stay home.

I believe Rush is correct. If Americans think Republicans are spineless, they will be less likely to vote Republican! I think it will cause Republican voters to stay home and sway independents in the direction of Democrats.

I’ll vote Republican no matter what, looking forward to it. But a lot of people will be pissed if a good man like Kavenaugh is successfully defamed.

I’m a broken glass Republican, so they have my vote no matter what. But, a lot of Republicans who were skeptical about Trump voted for him because of the judges issue. If the Senate pubbies want a big turnout they better not spit in our faces on Kavanaugh.

Thankfully based on Susan Collins’ recent statement that she “doesn’t think Kavanaugh will overturn Roe v Wade”, it’s looking like this confirmation is good to go. Nonetheless, we need to aim for Senate supermajority this year and in 2020, so that we never have to go through a sh!t show like this again.

Heck, yes. Good commonsense post. We will vote. We will win.

Republicans are staying in denial about the midterms. It’s not going to be pretty when reality hits.

I agree with you 100% Bob Celeste.

Patriots have to give RINOs who escaped being primaried for 2018 election a free pass for this election.

Corrections, insights welcome.

Otherwise, a Democratic-controlled Congress will not only make it more difficult for Pres. Trump to eventually nominate more Constitution-respecting conservatives to Supreme Court, but Trump will be looking at more bloated omnibus spending bills that ignore the wall that tens of millions patriots elected him for.

Said I disagree with Rush on the other thread. If Kavanaugh doesn’t get confirmed, it will make conservatives angry enough to get out a red wave of GOP votes to send a message to the demonrats thinking of pulling this bs again.

Just call me straight ticket bgill for now on.

New Gallup - admittedly covering only up to Sept 12th measured favorably feels toward Republicans and Democrats and found favorably rating toward Republicans ahead of that for Democrats for first time since Jan 2011 - 45/44. But the better news is that Republicans plus Republican leaning Independents is at 85% compared to Democrat’s 80% which has not moved in a year. This is a measure of enthusiasm no matter how Gallup tried to down play it and mumbo jumbo talk it away.

Rush ticked me off today too with his stupid talk that some Republican did a survey and it found voters don’t know where the great economy came from and think it might have come from deregulation - HORSE SHIT!! The average voter couldn’t name two rules Trump changed they only know they are in the best economy of their life and if Trump says he needs their vote to keep it coming he’s got it.

I’m glad you posted this. Rush is wrong here. If Kavanaugh’s confirmation is denied based on this OBVIOUS bullshit, it will energize the base even more than it was in 2016. Why would we stay home on election day and allow these bastards to have even MORE power?

The Republicans control Congress. They have a 51-49 majority in the Senate. If they cannot confirm an eminently qualified judge to the Supreme Court, what difference does it make if they are in charge or not?

Only Reps can stop Kavanaugh from being confirmed. They are either the solution or part of the problem. The Dems always stay united when it comes to the big issues. They are a monolith. They are also the enemy.

A failure to confirm Kavanaugh will depress GOP turnout big time. The Reps will appear weak, divided, and feckless. Loyalty begets loyalty.

Rush is right.

While everyone on FR is likely to turn out, there are several million Republicans that would be so dispirited they would not.

These RINOs are contemptible, but there’s no way I’m staying home on election day. I’ll hold my nose and vote straight Republican. We can’t reward the Dems for their antics.

Because most of us in this forum are not going to let anything stop us doesn’t mean that this incredible display of gonad-less Republicans in the Senate won’t have a serious effect.

I expect this to hurt us noticeably.
