I think this might be the connection?
I knew a woman whose daughter got some and had to move to Canada to get medical treatment.
Didn’t work out well for her as she had to wait over a year for an “emergency MRI”.
I don’t even know if she’s still alive.
In May 2005, the Canadian Red Cross apologized and pleaded guilty to violating the Food and Drug Regulation Act by distributing tainted blood products between 1983 and 1990. ---------- Trial for tainted blood scandal set to begin CTV.ca ^ | Feb. 6 2006 | News Staff

As WorldNetDaily reported, Bill Clinton was at the center of a scandal in Arkansas in the 1980s involving the sale of AIDS-tainted blood to Canada, which was distributed through the Red Cross.
As governor of Arkansas, Clinton awarded a contract to Health Management Associates to provide medical care to the state’s prisoners. The president of the company was a long-time friend and political ally of Clinton and later was appointed by him to the Arkansas Industrial Development Commission. Later, he was among the senior members of Clinton’s 1990 gubernatorial re-election team.
The death toll from the tainted blood has grown since the figure of 3,000 was calculated in 1997, but recent estimates are not available, the Associated Press reported.
Duplessis said the organization accepted responsibility for “having distributed harmful products for those that rely on us for their health.”

from wiki:
The Indiana state health commissioner, Dr. Woodrow Myers, who had extensive experience treating AIDS patients in San Francisco, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention both notified the board that Ryan posed no risk to other students, but the school board and many parents ignored their statements.[6] In February 1986, The New England Journal of Medicine published a study of 101 people who had spent three months living in close but non-sexual contact with people with AIDS. The study concluded that the risk of infection was “minimal to nonexistent,” even when contact included sharing toothbrushes, razors, clothing, combs and drinking glasses; sleeping in the same bed; and hugging and kissing.[24]
When Ryan was finally readmitted in April, a group of families withdrew their children and started an alternative school.[25] Threats of violence and lawsuits persisted. According to Ryan’s mother, people on the street would often yell, “we know you’re queer” at Ryan.[23] The editors and publishers of the Kokomo Tribune, which supported Ryan both editorially and financially, were also ridiculed by members of the community and threatened with death for their actions.[23]
Ryan White attended Western Middle School for eighth grade for the entire 198687 school year, but was deeply unhappy and had few friends. The school required him to eat with disposable utensils, use separate bathrooms, and waived his requirement to enroll in a gym class.[26] Threats continued. When a bullet was fired through the White’s living room window (no one was home at the time), the family decided to leave Kokomo.[4] After finishing the school year, his family moved to Cicero, Indiana, where he enrolled at Hamilton Heights High School, in Arcadia, Indiana. On August 31, 1987, a “very nervous” Ryan White was greeted by school principal Tony Cook, school system superintendent Bob G. Carnal, and a handful of students who had been educated about AIDS and were unafraid to shake Ryan’s hand.[27]

I was thinking the same.
Wasn’t that Arkansas prison blood that the Clinton’s were peddling
DOWNSIDE LEGACY AT TWO DEGREES OF PRESIDENT CLINTON
SECTION: THE STORY OF A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE
SUBSECTION: TAINTED BLOOD SCANDAL Revised 1/8/01
The governor of Arkansas at the time kept the knowingly tainted blood business booming from prison inmates. That governor was Bill Clinton.
...And one of the first people, who reached out to the family with support and resources was a much younger Donald Trump. There are still videos on YouTube of Trump (along with Michael Jackson), visiting the White Family.
Trump was right in the forefront helping put the White Family in touch with cutting edge researchers and doctors in NYC.
Yet another thing that has gone down the left-wing memory hole since The Donald has become President.
