I don't read it that way. . . I don't read it as Kavanaugh's writing about himself at all. It appears to me to be a list of informal High School events, dances, and parties he participated in as there are clubs and other things intermixed in there, as well as some supposedly inside jokes from classmates. They are juvenile names for after game events, etc. Note the use of capitalization. Look at it formatted as a list of participation and comments:
