I’m seeing turtle now. He’s still about as earnest and passionate as a wet tissue. All the right words but doesn’t really seem to care, as he slides his low energy tone into discussing the VA.

I am not at all certain I would make a false accusation of wrongdoing against a guy who could produce his calendar from 1982. Very organized, always has been.
