A Texas father-son duo are charged with murder after a dispute with a neighbor over a mattress turned deadly, shocking video shot by the deceased man’s wife appears to show. Warning – Graphic Footage: Viewer discretion strongly advised
In video of the Sept. 1 incident released Wednesday, Kara Box captured her husband Aaron Howard arguing over trash in their Abilene alleyway with next-door neighbors John Miller, 67, and his son Michael Miller, 31. “We had thrown out a twin mattress in a dumpster in our alley a few days before the shooting,” Box commented on the video, according to The Star-Telegram. “You have to have the mattress in the dumpster or they will not haul it away.”
Box says the Millers grabbed the mattress out of the dumpster and threw it on Howard’s property, sparking a shouting match between the neighbors. “Michael Miller who lives with his father ran went inside their home and got a shotgun,” The Telegram wrote in a Sept. 2 article following the incident. “Someone went into Howard’s home and retrieved a baseball bat.” The showdown ended with Howard shot after he stepped forward following a threat from Miller, who warned, “If you come within 3 feet of me, I’m going to kill you.” The Millers were arrested later that day. The Telegram reports they have since posted a $25,000 bail.

I think blaming trash for this incident is to miss the point.
If I understand it correctly, they pulled out the mattress and threw it into the Orange guy's yard. The best explanation of which I can think is that it's some sort of community dumpster, and perhaps they thought he was hogging too much room such that they couldn't put in their trash.
If that isn't it, I don't know why they did it.
All of the were dumb asses. The guy who was shot repeatedly threatened to kill both the others and let the angry monkey inside get him killed.

Municipal garbage pickup, almost as evil as public school, here resulting in homicide. My private trash pickup will take anything they can shove in the truck, including rolled up carpet, with stuff inside.

You should be more respectful in talking about folks reposing in rolled up carpets.

I find it hard to believe this person's identity is unknown.
There can be good info that moved through Infowars.
Its ok to eat meat sacrificed to idols, but not to partake in the idolatry or see it as anything it isn’t.
In this case it is essentially a snuff film put out as entertainment.
See my post 40 - shared 300 gallon bins in the alley. The city does urge folks to be good neighbors in sharing the space.
So the shootee was a jerk before the shooter was. But there weren’t any good guys on the block that day.
