But there is a significant difference between merely informing the FISA court that he has un-recused himself and is now back in complete charge of the JOJ and the Q-Bot claim that Sessions sought permission to un-recuse himself from two justices of the SCOTUS and the justices approved the request. Your theory is plausible; the Q-Bot claim is a hoax.

The Q post in question is an important one.

It conveys that Sessions in a classified letter informed two SCOTUS justices the fact that his prior recusal bas been rescinded (in whole or part is classified) and that clarity is requested on conflicts based on declassified material.

Art. 3 Sec. 2
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.”

We know that Steele is fighting extradition and will lose, we know that Mifsud has been hiding and now has another identity (via his lawyer), we know that Halper will likely force himself into either a diabetic coma or heart attack, and that Downer, Johnson are going down. We know that the Clinton’s have ties going back to Little Rock with Chicom agents and that Chicoms were likely ‘granted’ access to HRC’s servers.

There are many, many more foreign agents to be brought to justice. Since they owe no allegiance to the United States, they are not subject to statutes of treason, they are however subject to trial for espionage.

The facts fit the inference that Sessions is preparing a Petition for Certiorari to have these foreign actors tried by SCOTUS under original jurisdiction. There can be no appeal.

The recusal of the FISA judge and Session’s recusal are apples and oranges, and the FISA judge’s recusal does not support the Q-Bot claim that Sessions asked two justices of the SCOTUS for permission to un-recuse himself.

Sessions supposedly recused himself because of conversations that he may have had with Russian Ambassador Kislyak, prior to the election, at a time when Sessions was a U.S. Senator and adviser to the Trump campaign. As a Senator, he had nothing to do with the FISA court and nothing to do with the FISA applications that are at the center of this scandal.

You meant ***the FISA court*** as two justices of SCOTUS.

Q did not convey that Sessions is “is now back in complete charge of the JOJ ...”. No one knows the extent of Sessions’s un-recusal because the letter is mentioned to be classified.

The nuggets we are given are that the letter to two justices concerns recusal-unrecusal. Because un-recusal has no requirement for approval from SCOTUS, we can best infer the classified letter announces that Sessions has rescinded his recusal as a notification for why he’s appearing, whether the un-recusal is in part or in total is classified.

For Sessions to seek clarity can only point to a pending petition and NOT for any advisory opinion which is a forbidden zone since the 18th century.

There is no restriction whatsoever for a US AG to seek clarity on matters involving Art. 3, Sec. 2.

We are engaged in a REAL war which is taking place right under your nose. People, real people, are dying in this war.

You saw the predicted DECLAS order just yesterday on the very day that Q predicted it would happen. A prediction that was made MONTHS ago. Yet something like that doesn't tell you there is a concerted effort to DRAIN THE SWAMP and displace the derp state from its power.

If Trump/Q/and allies have enough of a plan to set up that, and all the other things we see taking place (well us, maybe not you) why is it so hard to believe that "Sleepy Sessions the Keebler Elf" along with Huber, Horowitz and 470 staffers are setting up many times more sealed indictments than in any previous year.
