IDK, but I had similar issues a day or 2 ago whenever I tried to send something with “Payseur” in it.
It feels a little excessively paranoid to wonder if there are some sort of filters that prevent messages with particular words from being transmitted. But OTOH, we see how Q types “C_A” and similar. That one could be a joke, implying that there is no “intelligence” in the agency, but why would he type “F_I”. There is no joke to explain that one. So maybe not entirely paranoid. Maybe there are algorithms that look for certain words and stop them or slow them down. Maybe the slowdown is so they can track who was sending and receiving.
Does sound suspicious, to be sure.
Dude, not to mock you or anything (I'm saving my best for Jaque Noir) but AOL??? That could be your problem. I haven't used it in like 25 years (I remember the day when I found out the internet was in color and had pictures!! All I'd had for a couple years was green/black text). I spent that day touring the big museum in St. Petersburg.
Anywhoo...I have programs on my phone that, when they need updating, they just stop working. Is it possible that you need to upgrade?
See if Paysuer gets through

SMTP Code 554. 5.7.1 is a rejection from the Recipient Domain. SMTP Code 554. 5.7.1 means ‘Not allowed’. The address in ‘Mail From’ appears to have insufficient submission rights, or is invalid, or is not authorized with the authentication used; the address in an RCPT TO command is inconsistent with the permissions given to the user; the message data is rejected based on the submitting user. A 5xx level status code indicates a “terminal” status and SMG will not attempt to redeliver the message.
Possible scenarios:
IP has been included in a Real-Time Blacklist due to Spam coming from your domain.
Your domain/IP has been blacklisted by the recipient.
