The great state of Arizona, in the latest census reading has just over 7,000,000 people. According to ABC, Arizona Central & Arizona State Police, the estimates for the public persons viewing the John McCain casket range from 1,000, 1,500 to 7500 people. "SAD"
Ronald Reagan in his funeral wake had thousands upon thousands of Californians, etc. viewing his remains and, also as his funeral motorcade drove to his final resting place, hundreds of thousands of California citizens stopped their cars, trucks, etc., on roads, streets, highways freeways and ran to the center dividers to pay homage to the beloved Reagan. Let us see how the John McCain motorcade is received by the citizens in Phoenix, Arizona this morning.
Methinks John McCain was not loved by rank and file Americans, as the biased media has framed him....We shall see!!!
Fox just said there were 15,000 people who stood in line in high heat to pass by his casket.
I loved Aretha Frankilin...she was truly gift from our Lord...but, I did not agree with her politics...which is fine. She was 1000% loyal to Obama her whole life and that SOB Obama, does not have the decency and loyalty to pay respect and homage to one of the greatest singers and performers will ever know!!! SAD!!!
Its my fault. I called in tip to all local SJW groups that ICE would be conducting a raid at the McStain viewing. :)
1,000, 1500, 7,500 15,000...take your pick. I believe the official state police estimate, 1,500 viewers. But, any of the numbers listed, are nothing to brag about. Now...if the number was 100,000-200,000 out of 7,000,000 Arizona citizens that indeed would be a great turnout!!! 15,000, Shucks, Trump gets that at every rally he holds!!!
Obama is only loyal to one person...
OBAMA!!!
Even Aretha gets no RESPICT from hussein44...
How True!!! Actually Obama & McCain are and were one in the same...only loyal to themselves. Loyalty and Honor and Dignity and Truth were not in their playbooks!!!
It would be a ratings record if he hadnt excluded Trump and Palin
At the Burial service and interment at the Reagan Library, I cried my eyes out watching Nancy collapsing on her husband's casket, crying and rubbing the cover in her farewell to him.
There was a Cal Ripken signing in southern Calvert County yesterday. There was a longer line at that than shown in the pic in this link.
Don’t care...
I am really personally tired of the McCain bashing.
Yes, I didn’t agree with his politics, or many of his actions in the past few years of his life... but the obsession by some here to attempt to completely dehumanize the man in death is disgusting and despicable.
If I could ignore any thread with McCain’s name in it for the next few weeks/months from coming up I would.
I see a whole lot of ugly going on...
Not everyone wants to drive in a spit on the coffin. We have better things to do.
I think it’s more a reaction to the media’s lionization of McCain, by the very same people who were calling him “Hitler” back in 2008 when he was running against Obama.
1500 will get their checks shortly.
Donald Trump made McCain the man he is today.
For the first time since my father died (1993), my daughters caught me shedding tears just watching the Reagan coverage on TV. There is no way I could have been seen in public in that venue even though we are less than a five hour drive from DC (under normal traffic).
Now we have Mitt ‘Mittens’ Romney trying to fill McCain's odious role as Wormtongue (Tolkien's archetypal sycophant, flatterer, liar, and manipulator).
Here are some hilarious nicknames that Mittens Romney has been branded with:
Mitt Malarkey
Bishop Romney (Mittens was actually was a bishop in the Mormon church, with his own diocese, called a “Stake”)
Rook Romney
Mr. Roboto
The Stiff (Donald Trump)
The Romneybot
Rigger Mortis (pun on rigging companies with debt)
Romnuts
Every few mo the Ill look at videos of various parts of the Reagan funeral proceedings on YouTube . Still moves me to this day, escpecially the end of the services and departure from National Cathedral with the choir singing Mansions of the Lord.
