Women in the military should be treated like men! So the next major beach invasion, send 6000 of them in to secure it. After the slaughter, no more women in the military.
so imagine you are a Colonel reviewing this policy for a group of liberal Congressmen. What are you going to tell them? People getting killed because of social-engineering and politics is a matter for the future. Your career is on the line at this immediate moment. What do you think the majority of people in the position will say?

I can go along with women not serving as frontline infantry, but why shouldn’t a woman pilot an F-16?
I still recall seeing a clip from a ground support mission some ten years ago, wherein the female pilot, after vaporizing a convoy, said “When you meet Allah, tell him you were killed by a girl!”

Women have a role in the military, just not in combat areas.
Simple. Sometimes they crash behind enemy lines. Think of the propaganda tools you are handing the enemy. I am sure they are the equal of the men in the air. As POW’s they are propaganda tools. Think of how an enemy could mess with some of the light weight IQ soccer moms and college students. Not worth it.
As male POW's can be as well.

Women don’t belong in the Navy except support roles. Women on combat ships are a complete shit show. If we implemented women in the military in a fair way and they were held to male standards there would be but a few women serving right now. That’s the way it should be. Allow the outliers to serve but keep the large majority out. They don’t belong. To hell with your over inflated egos......
Ah, I misunderstood.
On my flight to basic training in the 60s, I sat next to a young woman who volunteered to join, when we dudes were expected to join up or be drafted.
My interactions with military females was infrequent, but never negative in my entire 4 years of service.
Since that time, I know of many young women who have served, and honorably so, in war zones, and who do everything guys do, and often better.
Females in the military? Yes, they are capable, and they are on our side.
Please please quit reading my mind and posting my thoughts here........
In real war, all other things being equal, an army with even 5% women will lose to an army of 100% men....every time......women are simply not physically or mentally made to fight to kill.......unless they are defending their children - and even then they will lose more often than win......
The military has missed it minimum recruiting goals for 7 quarters. Not getting enough new enlisting to just replace those qualified people leaving. Generals don’t necessarily want to open up combat units to women. But there are not enough fit males joining or heaven forbid, of draft age, that can man a weapon and take the fight to the enemy.
I served for 6 years in the AF Reserves during the lates 70s early 80s. I have a more military bearing than my husband who was in the military much longer and achieved a higher rank than I did. But, I am basically fearless.
If you think women are wusses, wait until you encounter a millennial. You will be begging to have some of those other women back.
I was a boy scout leader throughout the whole time my sons were in scouting. I did not take any garage off of those boys and they respected me big time. I had one dad that was a wuss. He was whimpering that he couldn’t lift a 40 lb bag of ice. These were the same bags that I had been hauling around all day as the supervisor for our for our fundraiser. So when I lifted it for him, I told him to his face, “I hope that you don’t strain your uterus.” He got the message. I never had to lift another 40 lb bag for him again.
