The Marines training in the photo are in Norway.

A while back the USMC established a quasi-permanent rotation of Marines to live and train in Norway. This summer, the Norwegian government asked for an increase of Marines and we obliged. I think we doubled the number there.

The Russians do NOT like having US Marines in Norway.

FWIW, “Norway” is in the Q#137 in a reference to a Rothschild bank in that country, “Central Bank of Norway.”
