IF the affair happen a decade ago. Why was it brought up at the time of the election. Someone tip off about it, to screw up the election. Who remembers what all took place ten years ago, in their life.

If campaign money was not used, it’s not a crime. Assuming Trump used his own funds, claiming that use of your own money to “influence” an election means buying a nice suit with your own money to influence voters on the campaign trail is a “campaign” expenditure. Trump would have also wanted these women out of the picture for business image reasons, not just running for office. Finally, Mark Levin just said the prosecution let Cohen plead to self-described “illegal” campaign spending, even though these “crimes” have not been adjudicated (meaning they are not demonstrated even criminal yet). Mark says Cohen probably got off a bunch of other tax violations by pleading to unproven “illegalities” to drag Trump’s name into the conclusions about Cohen. I am thinking Trump must have cancelled checks to show he paid for the ND agreements, to reimburse Cohen, remember one of Cohen’s TAPES of Trump saying he wanted “checks” used. Levin’s coming up on Hannity at 9:30 E, should be good.
Me thinks a good prosecutor would be looking into extortion charges!
By saying this, he took the issue off the table for the Dems because there will be no further charges against him, no messy public trial where Trump and his family would be dragged thru the mud, and NO DISCOVERY. They think they won, but they lost, as usual, to Trump.
In essence, Cohen took the deal that was best for BOTH of them.
Loretta Lynch instructed Comey to refer to the HRC invetigation as “a matter” to influence an election.
Donna Brazile gave HRC debate questions in advance to influence an election.
JayZ performed a concert for free for HRC, an in-kind campaign contribution, to influence an election.
The list could go on and on.
