34 days ago I began a zero carb way of eating & lost all my depression/anxiety symptoms, lost all lower back pain I had had for 10+ years, lost all joint pain, lost skin tags, lost soured stomach & did I mention I lost the depression/anxiety symptoms?

I don’t put much stock in these “studies”, a paleo style diet is quite good as I compare it with how Bible people ate. They lived til hundreds of years old heh.

Answer: ZERO - no one here even knows who you are. To put it another way, you have no have no reason to lie. But the researchers for this article...it would be interesting to find out where their funding comes from.

If you dont do this already, let me add to your health. Zero carb means you cant keep the healthiest gut bugs in yer belly. May I suggest you add to your cool to warm not hot) drinks (including water, whatever you drink, or even nice full fat yogurt) either potato starch or inulin? Its the lowest carb way to feed your gut bugs the resistant starch the good ones need. Plus since it isnt digested it probably is a zero carb addition to you! Start with one tbsp a day.
You will have some vivid dreams and a bit more well being, as well as better digestion. Ignore if you are already on top of it but remember that our bacterial biome helps our thinking and psychology. You dont want to ignore them, and you dont want to add a bunch of heavy carbs to your diet. Try those two powders. Inulin is better, but more expensive. Potato starch is dirt cheap.

My son in law has done what you did and he’s lost about 70 lbs. Meanwhile, I have a friend pushing this Octavian diet???? She loses some 5+ pounds per week!!! Seems a little high to me as you’d think slower is better.
