I think I recall Q drops with pics of a school in Hong Kong. Can’t search right now.

Q seems to think the C_A problem is more than a few bad apples. He hints that the C_A has been doing evil since at least the Kennedy assassination. Could this be the case if only a few people at C_A were bad? Does Mossad have only a few bad people, or is it also deeply corrupt?
