PHELAN, CALIF.

You signed a contract, Einstein.
Good luck in life, with that attitude.
nope nope nope. Not even thinking of hitting.
“You signed a contract, Einstein.”
Please cite.
They should have picked someone prettier in the first place.
She quit rather than sign the contract, is the impression I got from the article. And that’s a good thing. Tatts used to be a sign of low life and trashy on women, but times change.
That’s a Beauty Queen?
“...tattoos are now normal...”
Uhhhhh...Not really....
What do you expect? Phelan is so small,
the town prostitute is a virgin, man.
“Tatts used to be a sign of low life and trashy on women, but times change.”
The women have changed. What was once “low life and trashy” is now mainstream.
Phelan population 14,000+
Be nice you two. Phelan is a semi-rural local with most folks spread out across the scrubland. Some good people out there. Just not a lot of people.
She was no beauty in the first place.
When you get a permanent marking on your body, you’ve in effect signed a lifetime contract written on your own skin.
Or perhaps FReeper simpson96 was referring to the release that the tattooee must sign for the tattooer before the deed is done.
You signed a contract, Einstein.
**************
Where did you find that?
My town is smaller than that, and my daughter is prettier than that.
“Thats a Beauty Queen?”
That is a skanky low rent ho.
“The women have changed. What was once low life and trashy is now mainstream.”
Tats are a fashion statement and fashions change. I recall when suddenly wide ties were so yesterday nobody would be caught dead wearing one. You can change your tie. You can’t easily change a tattoo. Also, people’s lives change and what was cool when they were twenty, working as a bar bouncer, may prevent them from ever going any higher on the pay scale than they are right now.
Years ago women were having their middle toes removed so they could wear the then fashionable pointed-toe pumps. A doctor who wrote an article trying to dissuade women from doing this asked, “what happens when the fashion becomes open-toed shoes again?”
CANNOT BE A BEAUTY with tattoos. Period. UGLY!
That has NOT changed.
Definition of beauty like many other things has changed.
