Just got back from the first showing of Death of a Nation. Technically it opens tomorrow (Friday) but there were 4 showings today, which is 2 more than usual for a Thursday night. The theatre was very full which was also a pleasant surprise.
Once again, Dinesh does a good job of really educating us on the origin and history of America. He defines socialism, fascism, communism and marxism and shows their origins and how they intricately connect the US with Nazi Germany and Mussolini's Italy. FDR and Wilson were progressives that loved Mussolini and all the socialist/fascist mindsets.
He also exposes some putz from the 'alt right' who is nothing more than a tool of the media to attach the tail of nazism to the Republican party.
There's considerably more in the movie that he exposes and explains. I highly recommend it and really believe kids should see it since they are not getting ANY history in schools (that is, accurate history).

Brilliant movie by America’s most brilliant author.
The hysterical, Lefty reviews are predictable, only this time the reviewers are foaming at the mouth and having seizures. Quite entertaining, really, and proof that D’souza’s book and film are on target. He continues to strip off the ‘RAT mask and reveal who are the real socialists-fascists and racists.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen movie reviews this critical, but then I’ve never seen the Democrats so stark raving insane about a president either.
The film is packed with information and exposes the mindset of the leaders of the Democrats. One may want to see it twice or buy the book to let it all sink in.
Its his best work yet. Even I (an amateur and trained historian) was unaware of some of the connections between the Democrats and the fascist left.
Lincoln (as usual) had it exactly right. The Democrat Party has always stood for one thing above all else: Theft of someone else’s labor.
