Video Shot By Aeroméxico Passenger Captures Crash And Aftermath

Dramatic video shot by a passenger shows the final moments before an Aeroméxico plane crashed shortly after taking off from General Guadalupe Victoria International Airport in Durango, Mexico. The video captures the immediate aftermath of the crash as passengers scramble to escape the wreck. 103 people were on the flight but no one was killed.

Probably flew into a downdraft or microburst. Most airports now have warning systems for that kind of thing.

They are lucky to survive. If there was development or trees around that airport they would be dead.

Yep. A headwind, then a downdraft, then a tailwind isn’t good for getting an aircraft off the ground.
