I would be happy to find out if this is true.

Ginger ale should contain ginger. Truth in advertising laws are some of the few GOOD laws.

I guess it should be called "Ginger" Ale. Like artificial crab which is called "krab". I remember some candy bars from the 70's that contained "chocolaty".
