Yoko Ono on Tuesday announced that she is releasing a new album at age 85, saying that her lifelong message of peace was sorely needed in 2018.
"Warzone," which will come out on October 19, will revisit songs penned by Ono since 1970, concluding with "Imagine," her seminal pacifist anthem with her late husband John Lennon.

Four shots fired and not a scratch on her.
As long as she doesn’t sing....
Please just go away!
Or as Paul sang, while staring at Yoko during the recording, “Get Back to where you once belong.”
I suspect she is expressing sentiments because they are common rather than because they are unique....and beyond wanting world peace the real desire is to validate a self righteous fantasy of the Progressives saving the world from the rest of us.
Forget water boarding and why waste good water on terrorist scum? Just play Yoko Ono screeching music on a continuous loop. Soon the terrorists being tortured will tell all in relief..
What kind of country is this where John Lennon gets six bullets in the chest, and Yoko and standing next to him and not one fing bullet....Explain THAT to me!
LOL!
Just like Hillary, if it weren’t for their husbands they would amount to zero on their own.
How did a world-famous millionaire go to Japan and find the only ugly woman?
Well.............
Famous people such as John Lennon could literally have any woman they wanted. Was it a nice love story because clearly he didn’t pick her for any stunning natural beauty?
Who knows?
Someone else here said that she had great business acumen, which helped Lennon amass a fortune after the Beatles broke up. Maybe somehow that entered the equation?
No joke. When I was a Pizza Hut cook we had a middle-aged guy who was taking his time at closing time. It was mean, but I put a quarter in the jukebox, and picked the “B Side” of Lennon’s “Starting Over”. Yoko Ono’s “Kiss, Kiss, Kiss” got the poor fellow to pay up and leave. The Barry Manilow marathon would be used to chase out the youth set.
He didn't go to Japan to find her. She found him in England. I read a memoir last year by a guy named Tony Bramwell. He was a Beatle friend and business associate/flunkie. He said Yoko basically stalked Lennon. She must have seen something in Lennon that told her he was ripe for the plucking, because neither Bramwell nor the other three Beatles wanted anything to do with her. They basically saw her as the flake we see (according to Bramwell's book).

My wife is a huge Beatles fan even from childhood, so she probably knew all that, I am not as impressed except by the sheer output of their music in their heyday. She still blames Paul McCartney for Keith Moon’s death.
Run your fingernails across a blackboard for peace.
Its sounds better than Yoko singing ..
