16-year-old, 18-year-old charged with capital murder in Elvia Fragstein case

Authorities believe Fragstein was abducted by force outside the TJ Maxx store located at Conway Commons. Investigators said she checked out at 3:42 p.m. and walked out of the store. Surveillance cameras then captured her car speeding through the parking lot.

Neither of these articles say how she was murdered or what else they might have done to her before they killed her. But, of course, what we need is prison reform so more of these criminals can be let loose on society.

If there was real justice in this country sentence would be swift and permanent. I think the problem is the legal system. The whole thing is funded by us. The arresting, prosecution, defense, judges, and then of course the long term incarceration.
