• Tacori Mackrell, 18, and Robert Lee Smith Jr., 16, were arrested by the Faulkner County Sheriff's Department earlier this week
• A statement from Faulkner County authorities says that Smith will be prosecuted as an adult  
• Police believe the two teens kidnapped Elvia Fragstein outside a T.J. Maxx retail store in Conway at around 3.30pm 
• The alleged killers attempted to destroy any evidence located inside the vehicle by setting it on fire

Neither of these articles say how she was murdered or what else they might have done to her before they killed her. But, of course, what we need is prison reform so more of these criminals can be let loose on society.

If there was real justice in this country sentence would be swift and permanent. I think the problem is the legal system. The whole thing is funded by us. The arresting, prosecution, defense, judges, and then of course the long term incarceration.
