I'm sure BLM will say this guy was kidnapped and harassed by the cops when all he was doing was walking to work.

Pelham Police Chief Larry Palmer and his officers talk to Walter Carr. They gave him a ride and got him some food so he could make it to and through his first day on the job

Bellhops CEO Luke Marklin gives Walter Carr keys to a car.

Jenny Lamey's social media post about Walter Carr's journey on foot to make his first day on the job got a lot of attention. And inspired Carr's boss to give him a car.
This guy will make an outstanding Marine. We know he can hump already.
HOORAY Walter Carr
Bttt.
He’ll probably make a fantastic Marine. No elegant solution to the problem, just a brute force solution, no quitting.
Hey diddle diddle, straight up the middle.
Amazing and inspiring story!
Great story. Thanks so much for posting it today.
Great story - thanks for posting.
Thanks for a good news story. We see so few of them.
Great story and sad to see all those White Cops and that White Lady ‘harassing’ the young man..NOT...
Earlier post correct, some clowns will turn this into a problem and the kid will probably get that ‘newish’ car stolen from him once he gets home - UNLESS ‘they’ wait till he gets a few paychecks.
Same subject...(workers and wanting to work)
I had a standing rule in the Asphalt/Construction Business....
Show up at 5 AM with your lunch and one is guaranteed a job — I would find something for them to do.

Cool!
(all around)
Lots of good people in this story. Sounds like Bellhops got a conscientious employee but if Walter wants to be a good Marine he’ll need to double-time that 20 miles in boots with a full pack.
You can almost see the lamestream media headline now:
“While men force young black man to drive four year old car!”
Atta go Larry. I hope we learn soon that you are a US Marine!
Effort and integrity will be rewarded. Maybe not the first time or every time but persistence is an integral trait for success too.
Walter Carr will make a good Marine.

Bellhops is a modern company that combines technology with a team of talented workers to
provide a fun, friendly, and professional moving experience.
Bellhops began in 2011 as a simple solution for college students looking for help moving
in and out of their dorms. After early success, the company expanded its services to include
customers of all ages, with homes of varying sizes. To meet this demand, it developed the
nations first tech-enabled platform, which not only streamlines the move-day process
but also ensures customers are matched with the most-qualified movers and professional
drivers in their area.
So far....$21,000 has been donated towards the $2,000 goal at GoFundMe.
This is news only because he’s a Black guy.
This is awesome!!
