It’s an independent company owned by the CEO. Not a lot of options there, employees!

They say he is taking home $60,000 a year, more than anyone else at the company, and therefore "embraced misogynistic business practices that directly contradict the values of intersectional feminism". Why does making more money than your employees make you a woman hater? If the employees are upset that the owner of the company makes significantly more than the employees I would suggest that these feminist are communist (no surprise).
I have no idea what intersectional feminism is nor do I care to know.

So staff were horrified when they saw Alan Martofel's 2013 post admitting to harassing women.
The same post announced his new business venture - Feminist Apparel.So, the guy gets a conscience twinge, confesses it and starts a company that might be deemed atonement/penance for his behavior, all 15 years ago - and his idiot staff finds out and decides to slam him for the confession....
They're obviously too stupid to keep paying for any job....
