Now we have stick-and-fall lawyers, a new industry. Even Saul
missed this one.

That’s nothing. Try playing shuffleboard on a rubberized no-slip floor.

Just sayin' but I had never heard this game referred to as cornhole until this July 4th at a party I attended. Now just 4 days later I hear it for only the second time.Indeed. Two weeks ag ESPN was broadcasting a tournament. This past week they were playing it on Megyn Kelly's show. Could be at a higher level of awareness than usual because of the tournament.

An ambulance chaser is looking for a nuisance settlement. The floor functions as it’s supposed to, and the judicial “reasonable man” knows that grown-ups are able to walk into a room and make their way from point to point.

Falling UP the stairs used to happen while I was in the military. I never fell, but some guys fell up 3 flights! They usually only did that once...

I once owned a house built in the late 20s. The stairs were just a little bit shorter than the standards adopted later. For awhile, those were the only stairs I used to I became used to them.
Then I took a job at a bank ops center in a 3 story building with those stupid slow-as-molasses elevators that the seem to put in everywhere these days. Taking the stairs was the only way to get anywhere on time. I don’t know how many times I tripped because I didn’t lift my foot up quite enough to clear the higher steps in that building. Took a long time to get used to them.
