I suddenly pictured anti-drone-controller drones.

I really think that electronic jamming is a better option...

Spent some time around the HARM missiles that were used on radar installations back in The Day and....well, even if the incoming missile/drone is only a couple pounds the guy holding the joystick wouldn't be the only thing in the area to be surprised.
