According to answers/anons, the threat of martial law was being used to keep Antifa groups from rioting or causing violence. Q was saying that that was an example of disinformation since martial law was not declared.
Not sure if my reading is accurate, but it makes sense.
It also seems that Antifa is an ongoing threat. IMO it’s a DS tool that they can use to make threats with. The white hats are not going to want to let Antifa cause problems for decent, normal citizens, so Q/Trump have to counter that threat.

This was referring to Q drops 34 and 35, back on Nov 1, 2017.
It predicted the mobilization of the US National Guard and military to protect against a left-wing uprising, and the the President would be on Air Force One or similarly protected.
Actually, the posts (which were used by trolls to attack Q) were to distract the Deep State from the coup in Saudi Arabia.

Rest assured, the safety and well-being of every man, woman, and child of this country is being exhausted in full. However, the atmosphere within the country will unfortunately be divided as so many have fallen for the corrupt and evil narrative that has long been broadcast. We will be initiating the Emergency Broadcast System (EMS) during this time in an effort to provide a direct message (avoiding the fake news) to all citizens. POTUS will be well insulated/protected on AF1 and abroad (specific locations classified) while these operations are conducted due to the nature of the entrenchment. It is time to take back our country and make America great again. Let us salute and pray for the brave men and women in uniform who will undertake this assignment to bring forth peace, unity, and return power to the people.
It is our hope that this message reaches enough people to make a meaningful impact. We cannot yet telegraph this message through normal methods for reasons I’m sure everyone here can understand.
