Sounds like the local deli needs to be zotted and put out of business, or at very least the employees doing the misdeeds needs to be outed by the owner. Bad behavior should not be ignored.
We have readily available numbers down to the precinct? That’s a lot of data even for one state to maintain on the internet.

If you are asked to leave you are refused service, there is no semantic difference. Pretty hard to be given service if you are told to leave.

Looks like I was a bit off, Hillary only got 61.42%. There is no precinct numbers, but it seems like a pretty small town.
