I was able to view it, and I don’t have a facebook account. (When I click on the link above, the facebook page opens, and a popup facebook logon page also opens, then I just click on the “Not Now” link at the bottom of that facebook logon page, and it closes, then I can click on the arrow in the center to start that video.)
