Why does FOX keep Shepard Smith?

Real question however.
Started watching "Shepard Smith Reporting" moments ago... and he was spinning such an MSNBC line against President Trump I had to wonder how he still has a program on FOX.
I really don't understand why he is on FOX.
So, I thought I would ask wiser Freepers than I....why does FOX keep Shepard Smith??

Watching him cry to Richardson about how bad the North Koreans are, and how they pulled the wool over Trump’s eyes. Smith is unbelievable, and yes, why does Fox put up with the non-fair and balanced. You can bet had Obama done this, all would have been great.
