BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — The Broward County Sheriff's Office responded to a prank call to the home of David Hogg Tuesday morning.
The call, according to CBS Miami, referred to a stabbing and barricaded subject at Hogg's home in Parkland. Deputies and the SWAT team responded. According to a spokesperson for the sheriff's office, the prank call was deemed not credible. The scene cleared around 10 a.m.

Agreed. As much as I detest that little POS, “swatters” should be hung out to dry. Too many things could go wrong due to a “prank”. NOT funny.

And agreed. As much as I despise the little maggot and the flies who bred him, I do not wish them any harm. 'Specially from a buncha pumped up jocks hut-huttin' around the place with MP5's or whatever they use down in that salt-n-humidity.
I can’t stand Hogg boy but this is not funny in the least. I hope they catch the perps and toss them in the can for a good long time.
Sorry, but I think it’s good that he get a taste of what happens if the laws he’s pushing every get through. It’s not as much fun to be on the RECEIVING END of crap like that.

Attempted murder charges should be filed for swatters.

Why is it so easy to get a SWAT team out?
Is it really all it takes is an unidentified phone call to get the make-believe SEALS suit up and ride?
I’m torn on this one - misuse of the 911 system versus smacking that Hogg thug a bit. I suppose that it was wrong, but then again, they only wasted the Broward County Sheriff’s department, and their record shows that they weren’t doing any protecting and serving anyway.
