Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall disbanded the VICE unit -- a unit responsible for arresting prostitutes by working undercover. Without VICE officers, it's hard to make cases or arrests against prostitutes. Residents say they want help now.

I’m organizing a Neighborhood Watch to survey the situation. Now when they say “overrun” by prostitutes, just exactly what are we looking at here?

I visited Limassol, Cyprus in 2006. The Russian hookers looked like supermodels. Unbelievably smoking, drop-dead, jaw-on-the-floor hot!

I'm pretty sure the hookers we're talking about in this story don't look like the ones in Cyprus.

Such arguments are totally divorced from the bitter realities of life as a prostitute and are based on the myth – stubbornly and endlessly hawked by Hollywood

Happy, well adjusted women do not go into the sex trade.

And Julia's character was a street walker... the lowest grade of prostitutes and the most likely to be infested with stds, addicted and ruled by pimps. Plus they sure don't look like Julia Roberts...

There’s a bunch here that keeps saying that prostitution is a VICTIMLESS CRIME. Tell that to the people who live these neighborhoods.

If they were allowed to advertise on Craigslist, maybe they wouldn't need to be hanging around street corners.
