Now that I've had time to think about Solo: A Star Wars Story, it's time to rank all 10 live action Star Wars movies worst to best. How would you rank the Star Wars movies?

The Force Awakens was the opus that made me do what I would have thought impossible: swear off the entire franchise. I literally have not been able to watch another SW movie since!
Honestly! To rank it ahead of A New Hope and Return of the Jedi is frankly obscene.
To kill off Solo and then bring him back in a prequel smacks of cognitive dissonance. These people seem actually surprised that fans are staying away in droves. You don't need Sigmund Freud to figure out they are committing commercial Hara-Kiri.
Over all I’d say all of them. It’s the same stupid plot over and over again. Good guys win using force. Bad guys win using the force! I mean hell at least the Star Trek franchise (TOS) shook it up. Star Wars has been pimped by Disney, where now it’s over saturation and political correctness. Glad to see that their investment is failing. Couldn’t happen to a better rat like inner!
That’s true, the kid that played Anakin was about the worst child actor ever, and that is saying something. I can’t believe that this wasn’t pointed out during actual filming. Lucas really must be a boob not to notice how bad it was.

Sorry, but I can’t watch any Star Wars movies ever again. The Phantom Menace cured me. The Saturday morning cartoons of my youth were more believable.
4,5,6 Best, best, pretty good till the muppets showed up.
The rest are poor imitations. Fancy cgi. The writing was bad as was the acting.
Everyone criticizes Phantom Menace. My daughter was about 5 and she loved it. PM introduced a lot of new characters and the battle with Darth Maul was great. I think it had record sales. I didn’t like it but came to like it. Attack of Clones sucks but Yoda is great at the end. Christian Hayden, worst actor ever.
“#1 - Hardware Wars”
Well, one thing is for sure. Cindy (Furgatch) Freeling - who played “Princess Anne-Droid” - aged much better than poor Carrie Fisher even though she’s three years older than Fisher.
Last Jedi is the worst, a bad, dumb, boring, long movie, and on top of that turd is a generous sprinkling of politically correct SJW nonsense. Prequels are bad, but at least had some ambition. The only ambition in Last Jedi was to take a piss on Star Wars fans and western culture.
1: The original trio.
2: Rogue One.
3: The Prequels.
4: Everything else Disney did, the SJW sellouts.
As far as I’m concerned, a Star Wars movie without Darth Vader is like a day without sunshine.
Darth Vader: Best. Movie villain. Ever.
Same here. I saw the first one when it first came out in 1977 when I was 27. Simply called "Star Wars" (I don't know what they call it now in the list above) it was ahead of its time with startling special effects.
Several years later, I saw the second film (don't remember the title) but found it that it seemed to be aimed at a younger audience. I never went to see another.
Btw I bought an original DVD version of the first 3 movies (none of the crap Lucas added later). Didn’t know you can still get this. The originals are great. $20 for all 3 dvd’s.
Darth Maul and that light saber were intimidating.
BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

Well, comScore based on exit interviews gave the movie A-. It can’t be too bad.
This is odd. The actor who played Ham Salad, Bob Knickerbocker, died at age 44 on July 15, 1986. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0460751/bio?ref_=nm_ov_bio_sm His ex-wife, Jane Dornacker, (whom he divorced in 1978) died at age 39 on October 22, 1986: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0233870/?ref_=nmbio_sp_1
I have no idea what Knickerbocker died from, but everyone in New York in the 1980s would know what happened to Dornacker:
On October 22, 1986 Jane Dornacker was killed while doing a traffic report on WNBC-AM in New York City. Much to the horror and dismay of radio host Joey Reynolds and the millions of WNBC-AM listeners who heard the terrified voice of Jane Dornacker screaming “Hit the water! Hit the water! Hit the water!” as the helicopter from which she and pilot Bill Pate were reporting, fell from the sky and crashed into the Hudson River. A very shaken Joey Reynolds searched for the right words to say in the tense moments after the transmission breaks off. She died on arrival to Saint Vincent’s Hospital. Jane Dornacker was 39 years old.
They died a few months apart and left a 16 year old daughter behind. What a shame.
Yes. That guy they tried to pass off as a badass..Darth Scooter? Not so much.
The 2nd trilogy was basically telling us how terrible Obi-Won and Yoda were at being Jedi masters. They basically presided over the extermination of the Jedi and fostered the rise of the Empire by their tremendous bungling and blindness. No wonder Yoda went and hid on a swamp planet.
Freegards
I never understood the casting of Hayden Christensen. He was a wiry whiny petulant teenager who suddenly became the hugely powerful and manly man villain known as Darth Vader-—the transition just wasn’t credible, not even close.
The so-called love scenes between Christensen and Natalie Portman were just the worst. The dialogues in these scenes were eye-rolling DUMB and deserving of giant barf bags.
