If a tree falls on journalists so nobody can report it, was it still caused by global warming?

A woman was killed in the same area as these two a couple of days ago. She died trying to avoid a mudslide. I agree. Going to get worse in the next day or two.

This happens once in a while along the parkways around NYC. Those trees that line the roadways many of which were built in the 1930’s were never really cared for other than occasional trimmings. A couple of years ago someone on the Belt Parkway near JFK was killed by a falling tree, and the weather was nice at the time.

That is really sad.
(And not that it matters, but plenty of local anchors arent as leftist as youd think.)

The Tree of Tule
A mighty Montezuma cypress located in the town center of Santa María del Tule in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Its existence has been chronicled for more than 2,000 years by both the Aztecs and the Spanish that founded the city of Oaxaca, making El Árbol del Tule one of the oldest trees in the world. Its knotted trunk and branches have taken different forms and with a little imagination one can see faces of goblins and monsters and animals.

I would have loved to play on that tree when I was young.
