As far as I'm concerned, Scott Pruitt could spend every penny of the EPA's budget on hookers and cocaine and he'd be doing a better job than spending it on enforcing the economy-killing regulations that the EPA has forced upon us.
EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt is Trump's greatest pick. If he allocated precious EPA funds towards a fleet of coal-rollin' F350 Super Duty Power Stroke diesels for each one of his hundred-man security detail, I'd only love him more!
