A woman didn’t win the Indy-500? I’m shocked.
Memorial Day brings back the memories. We lived on the west coast. The race was tape delayed. The kids in the neighborhood didn’t know that.
I’d ask my dad who won, and he’d tell me.
So I’d bet and always win. I’d even let these guys change their bet mid-stream, usually to whomever was in the lead at that time.
I loved Memorial Day.
How many does that make for Penske? I know it’s a lot.
I saw a photograph of her standing with an NFL QB. She is really tiny.
If you catch her in the right light, she can be very pretty.

The winner should write a book. “Triumph of the Will Power”. It would be even better if he switched to racing for BMW, since they own the Triumph nameplate.
I like Danica. She may be down the field a ways, but she is legitimate and doesn’t play the feminist card. She plays the real female card well though.
She won once on the Indy car circuit I believe. In NASCAR? The little lady gets a lot of hype.
I’m glad she’s alright. It would suck to get severely injured on your last race. She seems like a really good woman to boot.

Even something as American as the Indy 500 has gone with the globalist view.
There should be a rule that if you want to race in the Indy 500 then you have to produce a valid Birth Certificate from one of the 50 United States of America, period!
No Birth Certificate - no race participant.
Danica Patrick is to Race Cars what John McCain is to Jet Fighters.
While I like Danica Patrick personally, while she has been a highly successful female racer, had she been Dan Patrick, a man, her racing career would be completely unremarkable and almost nobody would have ever taken any note of him (Dan).
The ONLY reason she has such fame is because she is a relatively attractive woman who seemed to have such potential in racing. It did not take long to realize she was never a racer. She is really great at driving a car fast around a track until you fill it with traffic, and then she is afraid to take the risk passing when needed. Her high finishes were more a matter of her enduring attrition to the rest of the field than any passing she performed during races.
There is a reason Danica Patrick’s attitude earned her the nickname “The Princess” and “Princess Lapped a Lot”.
Who cares about the person who crashes out yet she still makes the headline. This is why I no longer watch professional sporting events.
