Western Pacific tuna fleets are catching skipjack. And I think Bumblebee was one of the purchasers of skipjack in large quantities. Now this was in the eighties, but my take away from conversations I had with people in and around the ports on these tiny little islands that we was that tuna fish has a lot of skipjack in it which, is a type of tuna but a very low quality.

The FBI is spying on and wiretapping one of the major parties in the U.S. Presidential campaign. Somehow price fixing a can of tuna doesn’t seem very important. But, probably the Bumble Bee guy will do hard time while the heads of the CIA/FBI who attempted a coup will walk.
