We recently came across the following question on Quora: "If every state of the USA declared war against each other, which would win?" We've published the full answer from Quora user Jon Davis, a Marine veteran who is now a writer and blogger on military, veterans, and Middle Eastern affairs. In Oct. 2014, Davis' answer was optioned by a Hollywood producer for a potential television series.
These are the accounts of the Second American Civil War, also known as the Wars of Reunification and the American Warring States Period.

I understand what you are saying, but . . .
Almost any man or woman can kill if the veneer is punctured.
They may not be good soldiers, but they can kill.
New England produces more Navy SEALS last I saw.., and there are many backwoods types here too...
Not to mention lots of engineers and firms that design/produce war materials, NVG , thermal, firearms, and ordnance...
They'd treat the gangs in the big cities as an enemy to destroy.
No match. Vets would win going away.
The "snowflakes" are the ones out there smashing windows and breaking stuff. They're the ones lighting cars on fire. They're the ones punching people in the face and knocking out their teeth with bike locks at "free speech" rallies.
If you don't think Leftists have a propensity to commit violence, think again. Liberals have killed millions of people throughout history.
Put a Trump sticker on your car and you risk getting your tires slashed. Put a Trump sign in front of your house and you might get a brick tossed through your window. Before you disparage these people as snowflakes, you might want to consider that they're the ones who are actually out there conditioning themselves to committing violence.
And military vets? There are fewer and fewer each year and guess what? They're not all patriotic white guys who love Jesus, Ronald Reagan, country music, and church on Sunday morning. The military today churns out plenty of thugs, gangbangers, and Antifa members as well.
"Snowflakes" own plenty of guns. They know how to use them. Most importantly, they've demonstrated that the willingness to commit violence comes easy. I'm not seeing this on our side so much.
First off the southern states won’t war against each other they will band together. It’s a cultural thing.
Take a look at your local Home Depot. MOST American males have a difficult time walking from the parking lot to the store and back.
I would call it a draw for just about any state.
I would think Alaska might be up towards the top. No group of Americans is going to hoof it to Alaska. And they dont want to come down here.
So its a draw.
Upstate NY is not NYC.
And even at that, I dare you do go into Brooklyn and the Bronx and talk shit.
As a Boston sports fan I grudgingly respect the boroughs.
And look how well that worked out in the past. Ha ha.
The inner city, crime-ridden ghettos of Atlanta and Jacksonville will band together with the meth-smoking white trailer parks and the well-to-do suburbs of transplants who came south for the jobs, all holding hands in unity?
Want some nukes? Kirtland AFB. Albuquerque. Sandia National Labs as a bonus.
If chit gets real those crime ridden ghettos will be empty pretty quickly.
It depends on the day.
All these scenarios and prophecies that rely on state boundary lines, Red and/or Blue, are nothing but nonsense.
Should hostilities break out within ConUS, the front lines will not be some arbitrary, political line of demarcation...it will be your front door.
In this sceneario, I believe NE=New England
We all win if the illegals self deport.
It would allow Texas to secede once and for all and the uber lib Austinites would evacuate. Woo hoo!
“Southern and middle Illinois has little use for the Chicago metro area.”
And plenty in the northern tier of counties also have the same white hot hatred of metro Chicago area.
AZ and UT will not be pitted against the TX axis. They will be joined, take NM.
Florida would outlast everyone. Read “Alas Babylon.”
