Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer bizarrely attacked the Trump administration Wednesday over the successful release of three American prisoners held by North Korea; suggesting the hostages were used as “bargaining chips.”
Schumer offered his scathing critique just hours after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo left the Korean peninsula with the three prisoners by his side; saying “No regime has the right to hold American citizens in captivity without cause, and under no circumstances should American citizens be viewed as bargaining chips.”
“If countries in the world think they can detain Americans and get something in return, we’ll see many more hostages,” he added.
The liberal legislator went on to say he was “rooting for” the Trump administration’s upcoming negotiations with the communist regime but added that “hostages shouldn’t be a part of it.”
Did he have an opinion of the American that died in a N. Korean prison under Obama?
The front page of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel displayed 3 stories this morning. Half a page on the opening of Wisconsin’s first Ikea, 1/4 page about a baby who died at the hands of her father, and 1/4 page about some long forgotten social club at UW, Madison called KKK (that story extends to the interior and covers nearly a page).
North Korean hostages being safely released in historic move? Nada. First woman appointee to head CIA interviewed by Congressional panel? Zip.
And people wonder why the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is about to go out of business!
If you feel that way Chucky, offer yourself over to take their place. I’m sure the President will be happy to ignore you afterwards.

You know that Schumer has never held a private sector job in his life? He has worked in government or in law his entire life. He is the ultimate statist.
When Chucky starts to loose it, it means the $$$ is either drying up or someone supplying the $$$ is pissed and threatening to make it dry up.
Is he upset that we didn’t trade enough terrorist leaders in Gitmo for them?

Senator Cryin’ Chuck Schumer fought hard against the Bad Iran Deal, even going at it with President Obama, & then Voted AGAINST it! Now he says I should not have terminated the deal - but he doesn’t really believe that! Same with Comey. Thought he was terrible until I fired him!
