The problem with replacing Sessions is that Trump’s choice to succeed him will be held up endlessly in the Senate. Meanwhile, the assistant AG, Rosenstein, will be in charge. I am afraid Trump may have to wait and see how the Senate shakes out after the November elections before he can make a move.
Exactly. Just as we held that Hillary enabled Bill the rapist, we also need to focus on the Senate enabling treason.
Trump could make a Recess Appointment to replace Sessions during the Memorial Day Break. That appointment would be good for a year.
